Back to the museum in Linz:
In Linz, on April 10, 2019 (which was the morning after my recital there), I asked for the camera to be rolling as I did some tests: live and unrehearsed. We had just placed our copy next to Beethoven’s original, and this was an opportunity too good to pass up on. I did come prepared, though, with a list of issues I’d been very curious to compare. These priceless moments became the basis for chapter 11.
