Orpheus Instituut fully endorses the European Charter for Researchers, the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers and the European Code of Conduct for Research Integrity, published by the European Commission in 2005.
The HR policy has been developed accordingly, taking into account the key elements of the Charter & Code: an open and transparent recruitment and appraisal processes, provision of a stimulating and favourable working environment in which researchers have room for career development and lifelong learning, diversity and academic freedom.
We also uphold our Good Governance Charter, ensuring clear responsibilities, transparent decision-making, and balanced accountability throughout the organisation.
