Workshops & Electric Salons
We host regular workshops, study days, and “Electric Salons.” These are artist-led, hands-on formats focusing on specific methods or urgent questions currently facing the musical field.
Continuing Professional Development
We are committed to strengthening the wider higher music education community. We do this through:
- The Orpheus Summits: We bring together professionals active in artistic research education.
- Webinars: Online sessions focused on the practicalities of research-led teaching.
- Lectures & Heritage: Exploration of transdisciplinary perspectives, such as our work with the Ton Koopman Collection, connecting historical archives with modern practice.
- The Advanced Chamber Music Course: Five renowned guest professors with international careers offer guidance and feedback to young professional ensembles in sessions that are designed to help them develop their skills and progress in their careers. Read more
